Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SnapIT Software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

User Accounts
Account Creation

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapIT Software from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SnapIT Software is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
SnapIT Software respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our services.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SnapIT Software has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
