How do I get started with SnapItForms?

Getting started is simple! Sign up for a free account using Google OAuth, get your unique access key from the dashboard, add it to your HTML form using the hidden input field, and start receiving submissions. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

What's included in the free plan?

Our free plan includes 500 form submissions per month, email notifications, basic analytics, community support, and SnapItForms branding. It's perfect for personal projects and small websites.

Do I need to know how to code to use SnapItForms?

No! While you can use SnapItForms with any HTML form, we also provide a visual form builder that requires zero coding knowledge. You can create beautiful forms with our drag-and-drop interface and copy the code to your website.

How can I view and export my form submissions?

All submissions are viewable in your dashboard with real-time analytics. You can export your data as CSV files (available on Basic plan and above) and set up email notifications to receive submissions instantly in your inbox.

What integrations are available?

We offer webhook integrations (Premium plan+), Zapier connectivity, Slack notifications, and a comprehensive API for custom integrations. Connect your forms to virtually any service or build custom workflows.

How secure are my form submissions?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No contracts or commitments.

My form isn't working. What should I check?

First, verify your access key is correct and the form action points to our API. Check that your form uses POST method and includes the required hidden access_key field. If issues persist, check your browser's developer console for error messages.

What happens if I exceed my monthly submission limit?

We'll notify you as you approach your limit. Once exceeded, new submissions will be temporarily blocked until you upgrade your plan or your limit resets next month. Your existing data remains safe and accessible.
